Additional information / terms:
1. All prices quoted are exclusive of IVA
(VAT) which will be charged at 16% for residents of Spain
or for businesses based in Spain.
2. Payment: At present, we do not offer a
credit-card facility. As the majority of advertisers will
be local to Alcúdia or the surrounding areas, payment
can be made personally. Payment is in advance, except where
advertisers have the benefit of advertising in “Hello-Alcúdia”
in which instance the payment terms for the guide apply. For
advertisers who are not local, please contact us for details
of how to make payment.
3. Textual information with adverts: Where
clients themselves provide text in the three languages, the
text charge is waived, save for charges related to changes.
4. We reserve the right to delete or not
include any advertisement considered inappropriate in whatever
manner.
5. We reserve the right to delete or not
include any advertisement intended for private individuals
only, if such an advertisement is placed by a commercial operation.
6. We take no responsibility for the authenticity
or otherwise of claims made or offered in any of the advertising
on www.thealcudiaguide.com.
7. Similarly, we take no responsibility for
the contents of any links to any website advertised on www.thealcudiaguide.com.

Advertising in “Hello-Alcúdia” / “El
Puente”
These two summer guides are published at the end of May/start
of June each year.
They are distributed (respectively) in
Alcúdia, Puerto Alcúdia, Playa de Muro (“Hello-Alcúdia)
and Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente (“El
Puente”).
Distribution is made through tourist offices,
clients, hotels, apartments, agencies and other locations,
and lasts till October of the year of publication.
Advertising design and photos are generally FREE (subject
to complexity/time) and textual information (approx. 25 words)
is also FREE (English, Spanish, German, Swedish - “Hello-Alcúdia”;
English, Spanish, German - “El Puente”).
Advertising prices - 2008
A regular full-page (non-preferential) advert is 500,00€*
A regular half-page (non-preferential) advert is 345,00€.*
Preferential-page rates (e.g. centre pages) are also available,
as are lower rates for smaller adverts with minimal design
content and without separate textual information.
* Prices are inclusive of IVA at 16%.

Remember that advertising
in these guides gives you FREE advertising on www.thealcudiaguide.com for 12 months.
Distribution of “Hello-Alcúdia” / “El
Puente” special arrangements
Both guides currently have
specific arrangements with agencies, hotels/apartments and
others for “bulk” distribution. We are always
pleased to consider new arrangements whereby agencies, hotels
etc. can receive significant numbers of copies for onward
distribution to their clients.
