Hi All,

Came across this link which i thought may give an indication to those wondering on cost of daily items, its the online website for the Eroski Supermarket - if you follow the link and select Cambiar Idioma at the top of the page and select English, followed by visit the store and enter 07470 for postcode, you are then free to browse items.

Obviously items on offer will differ, but it shows Eroski's own branded products which we have used and found reasonable and decent quality too.

Definitely. Useful stuff, Glen. Checking a few prices, there seem to be some that are lower than in-store and others that are the same, while not all brands are shown. Nevertheless, it gives a very good guide as to what can be expected in terms of range and price

On the home page of this website is a Google map - on the menu on the left side, click Google map Alcudia or use this link -

If you then click larger map, you'll find by scrolling on the left that there are a number of Eroskis listed - the ones you want are Eroski bay of Alcudia and Eroski Puerto Alcudia Magic; these are the two nearest. You will also find Siesta 1 Apartments listed, so you'll get an impression as to where the supermarkets are in relation to the apartments. There is a Mercadona also listed, but this is in the old town of Alcudia.
