I am going on Holiday to Alcudia on Sept 30th, at this time of year what type of clientele is the resort made up off?
Does anyone know what the eden apartments are like, and could you give me any advice on stopping here i.e shops, local restaurants, bars. We are a group of 3 lads 24, 23, 25 so wondering if any decent nightclubs. cheers ![]() |

Paul, Alcudia attracts a diverse clientele, but at end Sept it would tend to be more couples and those with small children. But not exclusively. There will still be a younger crowd, and of course all the reps etc will still be around. To be honest you are a bit of a way from the main centre for clubs. This is the so-called Bellevue area, really known as Ciudad Blanca. There you'll find places like Bells that are included under Bar/Club Alcudia. The Eden Alcudia is right by Playa de Muro, overlooking the beach. Not far from there is a club called Mambo Buddha, which can be quite good.

Just checking - there are three Eden hotels/apartments. Eden Alcudia and Eden Lago are pretty much right by each other. Eden Playa is quite a deal further away at the far end of Playa de Muro. I have assumed it's the Eden Alcudia. It's right on the beach, and is a nice enough place. Living here I never actually stay in any hotels, just get impressions.
If you are at the Eden Alcudia, the walk is about 20-25 minutes I suppose to the Bellevue area. A taxi wouldn't be much - two or three euros maybe. Double that probably night-times. |

i've never stayed in the Eden apts, we are usually in the Hotel Alcudia. We got on the bus this year with people who had stayed at Eden and were impressed with it.
You should have a look on holidaysuncovered.com. It can sometimes give you a rough idea of what the place is like but everyone is different in their opinions. Take most of them with a pinch of salt as it seems that people love complaining about anything and everything!
You should give Menta a try, it's further away than Bells but not too much longer in a taxi.
